I'm always skeptical of auto repair shops, especially ones that are new to me. But this place and the people make that go away. Very nice clean place with intelligent well spoken employees. They seem to do great work only saying seem because it's my first time. But if first impressions count for anything then this is the place!

Took my Audi A6 to them for an oil change and to get a leaky water pump taken care of on a Tuesday. Gave me a loaner vehicle while they had my car. They diagnosed it, said it needed to be replaced, and sent me a full inspection (with pictures) of my car with suggested courses of action. I was able to approve/decline each item individually. They said my car would be ready on Friday, but it was actually ready on Wednesday. Wasn't cheap, but it also wasn't as expensive as the dealer. Very happy with the service I received.
